What does water have to do with longevity or ageing?
..well, it turns out that water has everything to do with ageing!
The late Dr. MuShik Jhon, a renowned water scientist once said:
“Ageing is a loss of hexagonal water from organs, tissues and cells, and an overall decrease in total body water.”
When he says “hexagonal water,” he’s referring to structured water (or H3O2)
It makes sense when you think about it.
When people grow older they begin to wrinkle, much like a date or a prune when its water content reduces.
Plus, older people are vulnerable to dehydration.
According to the NIH "poor hydration may accelerate biological ageing and increase the risk of chronic disease and death."
Logically, increased hydration,
…especially hydration with structured water, can keep you feeling younger.
In this article, we’ll explore the science and reasoning behind why structured water could be the fountain of youth for your health.
What is Structured Water?
Structured Water, also known as hexagonal water or EZ water, is a fascinating and beneficial form of water that differs from regular water in its molecular arrangement. While we all recognize the vital role water plays in sustaining life and supporting our bodily functions, not all water is the same. The concept of structured water has been documented since the early 1600s, but its acceptance within the scientific community is still a work in progress. Those delving into its existence and exploring its various biological roles and potential advantages are striving to gain a deeper understanding.
Despite its current state of research, the insights we’ve gathered about structured water are captivating and expansive, making it an undeniable subject of interest. In structured water, the hydrogen and oxygen molecules organise themselves into repeating, ordered, and geometric crystal-like patterns. This unique arrangement is achieved when water is exposed to heat and light, including infrared light, on a hydrophilic surface. As a result, it takes on a honeycombed lattice-like appearance and becomes more viscous, dense, and alkaline compared to regular water. One intriguing aspect of structured water is its negative energy charge, similar to the earth or healthy human cells.

Energy, Vibration and Environment
We often disregard energy, vibration and environment when it comes to health. When in reality, our health depends on these very factors. A fish will only grow as big as its tank, and a plant will only grow to the point where it fills its pot. It’s evident that we’re the same. Our environment and the energy and vibration that we’re surrounded by alter our life, health and wellbeing. The work of Masaro Emoto showed us just that. If we send negative energy to water, then the geometric patterns will distort. Yet if we send it love, then the geometric patterns line up and show a pretty formation.
Much like humans, animals and plants, water is altered by its environment. More importantly, it's impacted by vibrational influences. When water is exposed to scalar field energy, then the molecular formation changes. In fact H2O prefers to form hexagonal shapes, as it’s within these shapes that the water stores memory. Additionally, hexagonal water is more easily absorbed into our cells. While H2O, on the other hand, uses up energy in the pursuit of absorption. If cells are diseased, then they will find it hard to absorb water to hydrate themselves. Which can result in cellular death. Which points to the massive amount of importance of consuming structured water for longevity.
The Pituitary Gland and Aging
Our endocrine system controls hormone secretion, which signals health or disease in any part of our bodies. The chief endocrine gland, sometimes referred to as the “master endocrine gland,” is the pituitary gland. This gland is said to grow until middle age and then begin to atrophy. Hence a healthy pituitary gland is a sign of longevity. The pituitary gland, is a small gland about the size of a pea, situated at the skull's base, positioned between the optic nerves. This gland is responsible for releasing hormones, which are chemical substances that circulate throughout our bloodstream.
Many things can interfere with the proper functioning of the pituitary gland. For example, head injury, radiation, or lack of blood flow to the brain. Additionally, the pituitary gland also plays a major role in balancing our water levels. When the body experiences dehydration, the pituitary gland releases vasopressin, also known as antidiuretic hormone, into the bloodstream. Vasopressin prompts the kidneys to retain more water and produce a reduced amount of urine. Because your body can absorb structured water more easily than base water, the health of your pituitary gland can be boosted by consuming structured water.

The Spirit Molecule (a.k.a the Nectar of Immortality)
The spirit molecule, also known as amrita, or the nectar of immortality, is secreted from the pituitary gland into the throat during deep states of meditation. Amrita is associated with out of body experiences and heightened sensitivity to colour. You may know amrita by another name - N,N-Dimethyltryptamine or DMT. Researchers have found that it is possible to imprint structured water with the spirit molecule, a substance found in all plants and animals. Without the spirit molecule our world can become rather grey. Dr. Rick Strassman, MD has written a book on spiritual experiences and expanded consciousness titled "The Spirit Molecule."
“Water is indeed the basis of a new quantum science. Basic biology and health are poised for a revolution. Liquid crystalline water is the key.”
Mae-Wan Ho
You’re not sick. You’re thirsty
Dr. Batmanghelidj affirmed in his book, “Your Body’s Many Cries for Water”: “Chronic cellular dehydration painfully and prematurely kills. Its initial outward manifestations have until now been labelled as diseases of unknown origin.” Our world is plagued with chronic disease. Six in ten adults in the US have at least one chronic illness in 2023. It is projected by the Health Foundation’s Real Centre in partnership with the University of Liverpool, that by 2040 that one in five adults will have a chronic illness. That's up from one in six in 2019. What if drinking adequate amounts of natural water could reduce this dire projection?
We predominantly eat foods that have been cooked, which significantly reduces the water content. Whereas, if we returned to more natural foods like green leafy vegetables, fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds then we’d begin to intake more naturally formed water into our diet. In general, we all need to eat more fresh organic plant based foods to thrive. But more importantly to reduce chronic illness and keep looking young. We often think that you need to use moisturiser on your skin. When in reality, it all starts with what you put into your body. Starting with the type of fluids you consume.

The Bottom Line
Water plays a crucial role in the ageing process and longevity. The concept of structured water, with its unique hexagonal arrangement, holds potential benefits for health and youthfulness. Structured water can be more easily absorbed by our cells, making it beneficial for our overall well-being. The pituitary gland, often referred to as the "master endocrine gland," is closely tied to water balance and ageing. Consuming structured water may boost the health of the pituitary gland and support the secretion of the spirit molecule, associated with heightened consciousness and spiritual experiences. Chronic cellular dehydration has been linked to various diseases, highlighting the importance of proper hydration through natural sources like fresh organic plant-based foods. Ultimately, understanding the significance of structured water and its impact on our bodies can lead us towards better health and potentially a longer, more vibrant life.
